CBW Events -- Contemporary Activities
Research on historical aspects of chemical and biological warfare issues can put current events into a context from which many lessons may be learned. In addition, careful recording of events as they happen can assist in better understanding of the development of policy in the future. Conceptually, this may be regarded as creating a history of the present.
