Stop Press -- final declaration

The final report of the Review Conference is now available via the OPCW's Second Review Conference website or directly from http://www.opcw.org/docs/csp/rc2/en/rc204(e).pdf.

The declaration is included as the text under agenda item nine, rather than as a separate annex.

Richard Guthrie, the CBW Events Co-ordinating Editor, produced daily reports in the similar way to those for meetings of the Biological Weapons Convention (see Contemporary Activities page). The reporting was financially supported by the Ploughshares Fund.
